The company primarily engages in manufacturing, sales, after-sales service, repairs, and tool rentals. It specializes in supplying workshop equipment and industrial services to various entities, including petrochemical companies, oil refineries, gas plants, and power plants.
The company’s main headquarters is located in Tehran, Iran, and it has additional branches in Fars Province, Bushehr and Kohkiloyeh Province, and Khuzestan Province within Iran. Moreover, it maintains a Europe office situated in Madrid, Spain. Operating under the brand name KAD, the company manufactures a diverse range of products, including cylinders, pumps, wrenches, lapping machines, test benches, and wire and bobbin twisting machines. Mr. Kaveh Hatami

Mr. Kaveh Hatami, who has been actively involved in the operations of Kaveh Akhgar Commercial and Industrial Company for more than 23 years, currently holds the position of Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors. In this capacity, he is responsible for making important corporate decisions, analyzing financial and non-financial reports to drive improvements, and representing the company at official functions and events. Since December 2017, Mr. Hatami has also served as the Director of Aryatech Co. in Tehran, Iran, where he has implemented effective methods, practices, and systems to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, he oversees networking, marketing, client acquisition, and staff management, which includes recruitment, hiring, and training.
In addition, starting from December 2018, Mr. Hatami has held the position of a Member of the Board of Directors at AHT Company in Madrid, Spain. In this role, he actively participates in setting the company’s objectives and devising strategic plans. Prior to that, he worked as a Business Consultant for Success Tools in Dubai, UAE, commencing in April 2021. In this role, he leverages his expertise in executive decision-making, formulating strategies for organizational enhancement, optimizing group management, creating business plans, and improving logistics and procurement sourcing to drive increased profitability.
Benefiting from his extensive background and experience, Mr. Hatami possesses a profound comprehension of the intricacies within the industry. He intends to capitalize on his expertise acquired from managing various companies and institutions to establish a highly regarded brand in Ontario. His objective is to impart his knowledge and skills to the Canadian workforce, encompassing both the technical and practical aspects necessary for thriving in the market. Mr. Hatami will assume responsibility for overseeing staff management, devising business development strategies, fostering client relations, and formulating effective sales and marketing approaches.
